Eligibility Requirements
Students must meet these key qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in the ICT Department at MIT, MAHE at the time of manuscript submission
- Must be the first author or co-first author of a published research paper with proper departmental affiliation
- Primary consideration is given to papers published in Scopus-indexed conference proceedings (excluding first-time conferences)
- In cases where no conference publications are available, Scopus-indexed open-access journal publications will be considered
Application Process
- All eligible candidates must submit a formal application with details of the published work, with complete required details in the format provided by ICT Department
- The department research committee, comprising research coordinators and HOD, reviews all applications and assesses the applicants’ publications with the rubrics provide below and are subject to change in accordance with the institute research policies for the financial year.
- Final decision on eligible scholarship recipients are made based on the number of available awards for the current financial year and the final score obtained for the publication.
